Private by architecture
Default closed. Organs on 127.0.0.1 + WireGuard. Public edge is brochure and gated doors you publish — nothing more.
The Briefcase App is not a cloud that “cares about privacy.” It is a host on hardware you own — host-only seed, Suite Get you choose, organs on loopback + WireGuard, not open guest Wi‑Fi. Marketing can be public. Your vault never is.
Privacy & Security · first pillars
Every serious surface on this site starts here. Fancy FO kit walls matter; they do not outrank whether your forge, models, and family identity stay yours.
Default closed. Organs on 127.0.0.1 + WireGuard. Public edge is brochure and gated doors you publish — nothing more.
Host-only seed. Explicit Suite Get. No warehouse dump. Signed install path. Threat model written down — not vibes.
L0 marketing · L1 gated edge · L2 WireGuard · L3 product folder. Start on one Mac; add mesh when you travel.
FO Stage · interactive theater
Multi-slide product story with layered entrances, pointer parallax, autoplay progress, and keyboard/swipe control — our own FO Stage wall on Framework DNA (the Slider Revolution idea, sovereign).
Scroll chapters · FO pin theater
Sticky pin theater — progress maps to chapter + sub-progress. Blur rack-focus,
layer parallax, chapter dots. Same wall any console can mount with
data-fo-scroll-chapters.
Infinite canvas · FO Lesson 4
Same wall every Father console mounts — pan with inertia, zoom at the cursor, viewport cull for 60fps.
This is not a mock. It is fo-infinite-canvas.js live.

Why it exists
Loose /Applications roots, Desktop dumps, and “suite” brands that aren’t the product —
they’re noise. The Briefcase App is the only Mac product home: one folder, one host, one installer law.
Ship The Briefcase.app. Nothing else pretends to be pre-installed. Your folder stays clean.
Get Console or Native into the product folder. Open Web with zero footprint. Same surface as apps.localhost.
Three.js · infinite canvas · cinematic hero · Live rails · boot shells — one Father Framework for every product surface.
Three Suits
One identity, three wears — never three separate products. Engines stay under the hood.
Apple shell — device power, Speech, Vision, haptics. Pockit Mac Native — not “Swift” on the dock.
Desktop host / Father stamp. Pockit Universal App — Tauri lane in code, Universal App in language.
Door / browser / PWA. Portable UI is the product; shells only deliver the family to the door.
Father Framework · max stack
One photoreal briefcase lives on FO depth stages — not a rough purple mesh. Infinite pan/zoom, FO Stage, tokens, motion, rails, Suite Get. One product emblem per page.
The briefcase above is the product mark. Features labs mount depth only on the dedicated 3D lab — never stacked next to the same prop twice.
Still optional · still private
Privacy holds on one Mac. WireGuard, GL.iNet, DGX Spark, and DXP6800-class NAS scale the office when you choose — they are not required to “become private.”

Start on your Mac
One Universal App DMG for Apple Silicon. Organs bind to loopback + WireGuard — not a rented control plane. Marketing can be public. Your product folder never is.
Also ships as Three Suits: Universal App host · Mac Native · Web App — same DNA, your wear.
